I have completed my six treatment hair removal course recently. In the last several months I have never failed to be so impressed with Heather and Diane. Their professionalism is perfectly balanced with their kindness; their humanism and charm made me feel so comfortable and secure! It was the knowledge and skill in their profession that convinced me to purchase the package originally... I never expected the entire experience to be so pleasant and fun! I was super surprised that -instead of being uncomfortable during these treatments that I had to endure -every time I had an appointment I felt pampered! I just had my third experience at Bright Esthetics and I could not be happier with the incredible results I have seen!!! To be honest I was hesitant to write a review because I was referred to them for an issue that I'm a little self conscious about, but after seeing the results I HAD to share my experience. Both Heather and Diane are incredibly sweet and relatable - very professional while somehow making you feel like an old friend you've known for years. I felt very comfortable opening up to them about the red patches on my upper arms that have plagued me since childhood. I am so self conscious about this that I NEVER wear tank tops, even in the dead of summer. But I'm getting married in July and of course my wedding dress is sleeveless....I needed to do something to feel more confident on our big day. Thankfully I was referred to Heather, and she and Diane took it from there! I was so nervous my first visit. I was afraid they were going to tell me there was nothing that could be done. Instead, Heather patiently explained the treatment options available and then tested a portion of the affected area to see how my skin responded. She wouldn't accept payment that day - which really blew me away. It showed me how dedicated they are to building their customer base through proof - not just promise - of results!! My skin responded positively to the test area, so the following week she performed microdermabrasion and then a photo-rejuvenation treatment to my upper arms and the results were incredible. The red patches were broken up and significantly faded! After my 2nd treatment today they are at least 50% improved. I'm truly just blown away! I know anyone reading this review is already considering medical treatments for whatever it is that you want corrected (which is why you are reading this) - so we understand each other....it is scary as hell to put yourself out there and ask for help, seeking results you believe are unattainable. But they ARE attainable. And also surprisingly affordable! I am so thankful I was referred to Heather and Diane. Mine may seem like a small issue to some, but it bothered me enough that I haven't gone sleeveless since I was a child. They gave me a simple solution to what was a huge problem in my life and I will be forever grateful!!!

I cannot stop telling anyone and everyone who will listen to me about Bright Esthetics! They were recommended by my esthetician for laser hair removal (IPL). My sister actually went in for a consultation and called me right after to tell me how affordable the price was for a package and I ended up calling in that same day to make my appointment. I see Diane and she gave me the option for a consult then to come back for the first appointment or to do the consult and first session the same day. I ended up doing the consult and my first appointment in the same day and was in and out within the hour. The pricing is very fair for what is around the area. Also, they recommend that you get a package (I went with 6 sessions) and it cheaper to do it this way. I was able to get an amazing deal for six sessions of brazilian and armpits. I have tattoos and Diane is able to cover them with stickers or a towel to ensure that the laser does not hit any tattoos. I won't lie, the treatment can be slightly uncomfortable at times but Diane is extremely aware of the settings and will ask often if it is uncomfortable or needs to be adjusted. Also, the hand piece that they use has a cooling feature so if there is a sensitive area, she can cool this before the "zap" and cool it right after. If I could give them 10 stars I would. If you are considering laser hair removal I would 100% recommend you give them a call and check them out. They also have other services available but I have not tried them...yet!

I had a wonderful experience with Diane. I had a custom facial and brow wax. My skin felt wonderful day of and it had only approved in appearance since. It is a pretty shop that is easy to get to and has a good parking lot. I look forward to more services there.
